Match Report - 19 Mar 2017, Holtwhites Bowls Club Friendly (6 triples) lost to The Lawns IBC

Thoroughly nice afternoon played in the true spirit of a friendly fixture as usual, plenty of rink banter and rivalry among players who know each other so well! In some aspects it felt like Holtwhites v Holtwhites with 7 of our club opting to play for our opponents!
Thanks to the ladies of Holtwhites (and perhaps Rod!) for providing a wonderful array of homemade cakes for the tea interval which was really appreciated by all. Also thanks to our stalwart supporters Dorren D, Jackie M and Jean S (I'm sure they only came for the cakes!)
