On a lovely warm spring afternoon we held our first club drive of the season. In a random draw with 4 rounds of 4 ends 29 bowlers competed for the first honours of the season and a cash prize!
With the cards tallied up we had a runaway winner on 29 points, well done to Ted Evitt. The battle for the runners up spot saw Eddie Dennison pip Hannah Hollis by 1 point (15 & 14 points respectively).
Thanks to Andy Hatvani for organising the afternoon, Fran Kelly for supplying the hot cross buns and Brian Alcock for taking care of the entry fees.
